I had tried this bra in 34J and 32K previously, so I was surprised this fit so well in a 34H! I think the wires are a bit wide, but they don’t poke me or bother me. I do have to finagle my boobs into this. If I scoop and swoop they quad a lot. I’m okay with just scooping so the wire is in my IMF. I think I have too much center fullness to swoop, because if I do then the gore doesn’t tack.
Can't fill bottom of cups, but band is fine. It doesn't fit - but I think I'll keep it anyway as it is otherwise useful as a strapless bra, the top looks good in strapless things.
The band is just a teensy little bit tight on the loosest hook. I usually prefer the slightly tighter feeling as it makes me feel more supported (I get intense shoulder pain).
band is just a little too tight on the loosest hooks. I like the tight feeling, it feels supporting because I have shoulder pain, but it does get uncomfortable at the end of a long day.
This is the first bra that has fit in years and is currently the only one. The gore sits a bit high and presses into my chest. It can be uncomfortable at the end of the day, but it is excellent compared to every other bra I have tried. I originally bought a size 38G, but when I got home, there was major quad boob. So I exchanged it for a 38GG. At the top, where the cup meets the strap, there is a gap, which occurs with every bra and bralette. 38G is too small, so a small 'crack' is better. I know this is a long list of 'not a con,' so maybe my expectations are low, but I've also tried on probably 100+ bras by age 22. Be aware that the applique texture can be apparent through a thin shirt. I like the design; it reminds me of a butterfly. I wish it came in a beige-nude color.
Band stretches after wear, so buy it slightly tight to begin with. Good for full breasts that have some separation, great lift and support all day. Seams show, so not good for t-shirts or clingy tops.
I like this bra. It’s snug through the band-I definitely noticed it was on my body-but that isn’t an issue for me. I had to adjust the straps a lot until I got the right fit, and on my larger breast this cut in just slightly at the top. Again, this wasn’t so bad that I didn’t wear the bra. It was virtually unnoticeable under my shirt. Had I had a tighter shirt on, it probably would have been noticeable. Comfy fabric, so comfy. My two concerns were the bulge under my arms, which I suspect is migrated tissue from wearing ...poorly fitted bras for the last 40 years or so, and the bulge wasn’t enormous but I did see it. The other issue was my smaller breast (left) had a bit of a pointy shape in this cup. I had to swoop and scoop several times during the day to smooth it out, but it happened repeatedly. My larger, right breast looked amazing in the bra, though. Fit it perfectly. Smooth, round and full. One thing I will add. Because I have worn such bad bras I am not used to the back strap staying solidly in place throughout the day. I kept checking it to make sure it wasn’t riding up, because it felt ‘high’ on my back. Nope, it stayed put and didn’t ride up at all. It settled nicely in my back folds and never budged. I liked the bra and will keep it/wear it again. I do need pasties for it though because my nipples were very evident under my shirt. Nice bra, relatively good fit and great support. Read more 186 more words
Underwires dig into my armpits quite a bit. The cups are also a little empty on top. I wonder if a smaller band/cup might fit better or if the wings are just too high for me.
This is not a good fit for me at all. The tops of the cups cut in, the bottoms of the cups wrinkle, the wires are too wide (rare for me) so there's extra fabric, the gore twists and sits on tissue.
I don't love this fabric either so I don't think I'm going to try any alternate sizes. The Charley is not for me.
Fits fairly well but not comfortable enough. The material is somewhat scratchy on the edges, particularly two corners by the clasps that are exposed when hooked on the loosest hook and they poke into my back. Digs into my tail of spence a bit, less than some bras but enough to be annoying. The gore however is a great height for me and is comfortable. Fits my larger breast well, the smaller one has some emptiness at the top of the cup but it's acceptable. I think this is a good shape/style for me but is just not comfortable enough. The fabric might get softer after washing but I think the tail of spence area would still be an issue.
Band is a little too tight- wires dig in a little and it is hard to hook in the back. Cups too loose on top. I have bottom fullness and think this cup height is just too high for me. Stiff lace cup edge digs into my Tail of Spence which is a dealbreaker by itself. Lots of forward projection and supportive "locked and loaded" feel. Returning because I don't think this is a good style for me.
Very comfortable! This is the most comfortable Elomi I've tried yet (have tried Morgan, Kim, and Charley). I'm full on bottom and think this is a good style for me, although there's a bit too much gapping at the top of the cups, so I'm going to try a cup size down. Compared to the other Elomis, this has no stiff lace edging on the sides of the cup to dig into my tail of Spence. The cup edges are very soft and smooth. The only slightly uncomfortable part is the hardware where the straps join the cups, but it may be tolerable. Everything fits and feels great other than the top of the cups. I'm not personally in love with the lacy style that looks full cup on me, but that's not a big deal.
