Technically I think this bra fits me...but I don't actually wear it. It just sits in my drawer. The cups fit well when I first put the bra on, but after a little bit of wear my larger side settles in so there is a slight bit of quad.
The front of the bra band is not as comfortable as my Ewa S bras, and I think that's why the bra has never made it into my daily rotation. It just sits a bit different on my ribcage. It's hard to explain. When I bend over I feel like I'm being cut in half in that spot. Not extremely, ...but enough that I don't forget about the issue when wearing it. This seems like something that tightening the band should fix, but then it just becomes too constricting and still doesn't totally fix the issue.
The bra really is very nice looking and flattering. The shape is very round. I do think it's a tiny bit wider when viewed from the front as opposed to my Ewa S bras (which are my favorite), but it's still pretty front and center. Read more 80 more words
I first purchased this, twice, in size 65FF. See review here: http://bra.pe/XP1l/
*All pictures taken for this 65G were with the cookies in.
My breast have increased in size over the last two month, and since I absolutely love this bra I purchased in the next size up. This bra is just as fabulous as my previously purchased ones. I do have to say in comparison to the 65FF, this bra has wider straps but the wires are the exact same size as on the 65FF. There is a little bit of tubing where the wire doesn't fill due to the higher wing height. I have found the band length to be consistent with the 65FF and 65G being virtually the same. The cups don't bite my armpits and that's a plus and I was originally concerned it might. I think I may be in between the two sizes and this 65G fits much better with the cookies in.
I reordered this in a 65G because I felt I might need a bigger size due to breast size increase over the last two months. This bra is just as lovely as my first, but I feel that it's a bit wide on my shoulders now. The straps in this size are much thicker than the 65FF and the cups come up into my armpits, again feeling like this is too wide for me along the top. There is a little bit of gaping along the top of the cup, but if my bust continue to ...increase will not be an issue. The bottom of the cup fits great. The wires are the exact same size as the 65FF but due to the larger cup are further back on the side. The side wings are higher so there is a bit of empty tubing where the wire doesn't fill the fabric. I also found in comparison, this band to be shorter than the 65FF. But that's Ewa for you. You just never know what you'll get. I will hang onto this bra and wear it during 'that time of month' when my breast are at their fullest. Great construction and quality. Read more 106 more words
This is my favourite bra at the moment as it fits me the best of all my bras. I have a lot of Ewa michalak bras, they all seem to be slightly different sizes for different ranges. This bra is plain red, with a cute strawberry but is wearing out now, pilling and the hooks are coming out. I went online to purchase a new one but sadly it's not available anymore.
I am completely in love with this bra! It's my first CHP and I was a little worried that the cups would be too shallow. I do notice they are much more shallow than my S styles, but not a problem. I think I could wear a 65GG, but the 65G still fits fine. It is also my first EM that I can wear with any shirt and the shape is perfect! Fits much like my Comexims and gives a lovely round shape with plenty of cleavage!
Very nice bra, and comfortable too. The only problem is that the cups seem just a tad bit larger than the other 65G "S" style bras that I have (which are a perfect fit), so the cups on this one are just a bit too big for me. I could get away with wearing it on my larger side, but it's really too big for my smaller side. I technically could wear the extra pads in both cups to make it fit, but I don't want to have to do that. (Don't want to add any more volume to what I already have!) Sadly, I'll be finding a new home for the bra.
The band on this is way too tight for me. It's supposed to be a 65, but it seems more like a tight 60. I can fasten it using an extender with 4 hooks, but even then it's tighter than I like. Cups are filled out well, though I feel like they might be a bit smaller than a regular 65G cup. The profile from the front is a bit wider than I like. (This also makes it seem like my boobs are getting in the way of my arms when I try to do stuff.) I like the bra, but it's just not for me.
Close to a good fit, but not quite. Band is too tight, though an extender would fix that. The cup on my smaller boob is just a bit too big. Overall I don't think I'm quite full enough on top to be able to really work this style. The Ewa S style is a better fit for me and more comfortable overall.
This is probably my best fitting bra so far. Wires are almost right but probably an inch of empty areas in the outer halves of the cups. The band is good and fits like a 28 rather than a true UK 30. I get very slight gaps near the top because the bra expects a bit more fullness there than I have and there is borderline not enough room near the centre gore (I have very centre-full breasts).
This is probably my best fitting bra so far. Wires are almost right but probably an inch of empty areas in the outer halves of the cups. The bands has stretched quite a bit and is getting to be too loose - definitely fits more like a true 30 now. I get slight gaps near the top because the bra expects a bit more fullness there than i have and there is borderline not enough room near the centre gore (I have very centre-full breasts).
Narrow wires, deep cups, immediate projection, low and narrow gore, room for center fullness....basically everything I want in a bra, other than a band with 3 hooks.
I'm really surprised at how little the ruffled edging shows through clothes, and at how comfortable this bra is overall.
This bra is quite similar to my 70FF Pl Malwa in terms of cup volume, but the band is much tighter and firmer (I hear that black bras tend to be that way). I would love to keep it, but it's not big enough for me https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
Gorgeous bra, I love it. When I first saw it, taking it out of the box, the colors seemed rather bright, but when I put it on, gorgeous! The band is tight for a 65 band, which was great for me because otherwise I would have altered it to a 60 myself. I can wear it comfortably on the last set of hooks. The gore is quite high, so I will have to alter that someday soon (it pokes and it gives less support because it can't be yanked up to my inframmary fold). Have to wear it with some padding and that will work just fine for now.
EDIT: after replacing the underwires with thinner ones, it turned out the gore wasn't too high. The whole poking issue was just because of the really thick, sturdy underwires that are used for this size.
This bra is way prettier than I expected, it's quite happy and cheerful. I like the pink lace at the top of the cup. I am almost ashamed to say that I will do a lot of altering to this bra. I already replaced the underwires with ones of the same shape and length (available at the local market), but which are less thick and sturdy and therefore don't dig into my skin. Also I will need to take in the band, because I actually need size 60, but this size was readily available and returnable. Last, I will alter the strap width. I have done that with my other EM's, and the fit is so much better. At the moment the cups gape slightly and the straps are in my armpits, but altering solves these issues.
I wear a 30GGUK in most bra brands. This bra fits like it is about 2 cup sizes to small. I would follow the recommendations of others who suggested going a cup up from your usual size in the S model. Beautiful design, just small in the cup. I wear a 30G in freya deco, I fell I would need at least a 30H in the S, probably a GG in the SM. Comes with push up pads. Would suit a narrow rooted 30FF. I should mention the band works great for me and I'm comfy with 29" band.
One of my favorites! The band material is absolute perfection and not scratchy at all, which has been an issue with EM lace bras. The only notable minor issue is that when my boobs are swollen, the embroidery tends to flatten them just a tiny bit.
Otherwise, the bra is gorgeous and one that I hope to have around for a very, very long time.
I really wanted the halfcup version of this beauty (plunges don't get on well with my boobs, I tend to fall out) but when I went to order, my size was out of stock. Not being able to leave Wiosenka alone, I got this instead. As a first try of Ewa bras, I went for my usual UK size of 30G, which turned out to be just a tad too small. While the bra fits well in the cup width, band, straps, etc., I do find the wires a little short under my arms. I get minor quadboob on my larger breast. The cleavage, however, is astounding, probably the first bra that really 'does it' for me. The padding is very soft and I love the removable pads that come with the bra - very handy for making my boobs appear more even. And hey, is the spring green colour with the flowers beautiful or what? I almost fell over when I first laid eyes on it.
The band is considerably tighter than my other EM 65G's. I believe it only stretches to a 27", and I cannot for the life of me get it to fasten without my handy dandy extender (my snug underbust is about 30").
It's also worth noting that the cups ran a tiny bit large? Usually I fit just fine into a 65GG for EM's padded styles (with the exception of PL Charlie and PL Onyx--those were a little too big) so I was worried about ordering a 65G. But I did it anyways since the bra was so pretty and it was the only size available that I could fit into. And... voila! Cups fit fine.
This bra was fantastic the first two times I wore it. Then the band stretched and it has never fit the same since. I was in between ordering a 60 or 65 in this and should have stuck with the 60 band. The straps are rather hard to adjust because of the embroidery on them.
I get a small amount of quad boob which I expected since I knew I needed a 65gg. However my tissue is fairly malleable and I'm able to readjust and tuck so it's not bad and doesn't bother me. I got it from a user on here nwt tags so if I purchase this style directly next time I'll order a 65gg. It is way more beautiful in person than I expected and I love it! Wires are perfect.
I really want to try an EM. I'm a 28 FF/G. I haven't figured out which size to buy and style. Thanks for the review!
