This is an excellent bra, and it fits, but I have one already (this one was sent by mistake instead of the S Satine). If anyone wants it, please let me know very soon. Otherwise, I will send it back to Ewa Michalak.
I had definitely outgrown my 65G CH bras, so this is an amazing improvement. Very, very comfortable, but the band seems to be much looser than I am used to with Ewa. I had to put it on the 3 column of hooks right away to get it to the level of snugness I'm used to. (This was not an issue with the S Ptys in the same size.) Still, so comfortable and so much of an improvement that I'm a happy camper.
The shape is possibly not idea for me, as I get more gapping in the top than I did with my CH-cut bras when they still fit, but it isn't enough that I need to size down. Fuller on top people might do well with this, despite this bra having more coverage than other Ewa styles.
I adore this bra! I bought it new from someone who just tried it on and it is a dream. Gives an incredibly round shape that pushes your boobs more out front rather than having them more spread out to the sides. I normally wear a 30G UK (Freya, Fantasie, etc) and this fits quite well although there IS a tiny bit of cup separation that I can't figure out if it'd go away if I sized down in the cup OR of my boobs just aren't very full on top. I think it's more the latter. This lovely bra also comes with removable pads for asymmetry that ...are quite useful.
My chief complaint about this bra is that it feels like the straps are too far over near my armpits. I wish they were over even just half an inch. I might have to do some minor surgery to make this bra FEEL sturdier. When I put it on it struck me as not feeling quite as sturdy in the cups as my Ewa Karmelki (and even in that bra the straps are far over :/)
I feel like since the straps are so far apart that there is a lot of weight resting on the (incredibly stretchy) straps. This causes them to dig in after a while of wear. I'm also concerned that the band won't be tight for very long. We'll see how it does! Read more 131 more words
The CHP Brzoskwinka is a gorgeous pinky peach colour. The inside of the cups is lined with soft pink cotton, and the centre gore has a unique tassel trim (a pleasant break from the ubiquitous flowers, bows and buttons). Like most EM bras, the straps are short, stretchy and set extremely far apart on the cups, and the band is made of an extremely stretchy but strong powermesh.
Though it is labelled 65GG, I am fairly certain that the bra I have is a mislabelled 55HH - the stretched measurement is BAARELY 26 inches. I usually wear tight-fitting 28s, and I couldn't even do this bra up without an extender. This actually works to my advantage, as I've had problem with the band on Ewa Michalak bras simultaneously feeling too tight and riding up (because they are sooooo stretchy) - on this one, the combination of the super-short stretchy wings with a rigid extender makes it extremely comfortable and sturdy.
A very pretty bra, but after some of my breast tissue migrated back to the place where it belongs, the bra is really small in the cups. I also have come to the conclusion that PL is not really the best model for my breast shape - I tend to feel much better wearing CHs.
I really wish the lace in this bra was softer, or that it wasn't cut so straight along the bottom-- the band is so tight that I'd definitely have to use an extender for daily wear, and it felt like it'd definitely be cutting in across the top of my high stomach more than the other Ewa Michalak bras I tried from the same order.
It's a pity, because it's such a gorgeous bra. The black and gold looks really great, and while I'm not completely sold on the way the top of the cups is basically cut straight across, it still looks really sexy and cute when ...worn.
I'm not super sure this was the right size for me-- the soft cups let me pack all my tissue in with no issues, and didn't seem liable to show under my usual cotton top, but the cups were so full that I'd recommend going up to a 65H just to get a bit of room for fluctuations in size.
Overall, though, this is going to be sold off as well, mostly for reasons of comfort.
Edit: After trying it on without an extender to make this review, I saw that one of the hooks on the back had moved around a bit, likely due to the stress of putting it on. I managed to get it back into place, and I'll probably mention that to the people at Ewa Michalak just to let them know there was an issue there. Read more 141 more words
Hi! You mentioned that the band runs large, but can you say anything about the cup? Is it true to size or large?
I’m a 70GG e.g. in the CHP Cappuccino, and now I'm pondering whether to order the HP Cielus in 65GG or 65H, depending on the cup. The 65H would be a custom-made size and thus non-exchangeable, so I’d like to get the size right. I’ve tried to ask EM themselves (several times), but they seem completely incapable of answering this simple question...
Hi! I'd say the cups run slightly large -- but only very slightly. I don't know how it compares to the Cappuccino, but I've worn EM's CH Toffik and Karmelki bras in 70GG and I'd say that the 65GG HP Cielus has less cup volume than those two. If your 70GG Cappuccino is similarly sized to the Toffik and the Karmelki, then you'd probably do better with a 65H Cielus. It's hard to tell for sure, though -- that's just my best guess!
Lots of people have noted that EM's customer service isn't great at answering sizing questions. I guess sizing is hard to call because everyone is shaped differently, and there's a lot of variation in sizing between bras. Whichever size you order, if it doesn't fit you, you could sell it on the listings here. EM bras seem to go really fast, especially when they're new with tags.
I actually did get a reply from EM, finally, and they said it was normal in the cup. So I ordered a 65H, and based on what you said, it was probably the right call. Thanks for your answer and good review :)
I got this bra because the size I wanted (30G) was sold out and they only ones available were in a 30FF and a 30GG. It's a beautiful bra, so I bought both because this was my first CH style and I figured one of them might fit. This, unfortunately, was just too big. Even when I tried to insert pads in the cups to see if it made a difference, there was still gaping. The band is all right, fastened on the middle hook. The design looks wonderful though. It's a pretty bra...
This one was disappointment for me. I have read great reviews on this model, so i wanted to try how it works. But when the parcel has arrived i was disappointed. The 30 band is deffinitely too loose for me, im on the narrowest hooks and i can still put at least 4 fingers between the band and my ribcage. I would probably send i back, but the cups are some kind of flat, so maybe, they culd be too small. And as the 28 bands cant be sent back i ve change my mind and give this bra one more chance. After an hour walking in the city, it seems that it wont fall down, but i still have the feeling, that it could. Ill write an longer review after more few more experiences.
