This bra is beautiful and gives a great round, projected shape. I think this might be the first EM bra I've tried that's actually fit me - and I am impressed. But, even though it fits me, I feel too uncontained in it - like my boobs might come flying out any moment and whack me in the face. This is probably a direct result of wearing primarily sports bras (Panache sport FTW!) recently - anything less than close to full coverage doesn't feel like enough. Also, if I drop the straps from my shoulders, my breast DO splay down. The cups themselves aren't molded enough to hold ...my breasts in any sort of shape without assistance from the straps. That probably wouldn't be a problem if the straps weren't pretty, thin, and dainty - but they are. So I just don't feel totally comfortable in this bra. I've kept it for so long primarily because it's the exact color of a Biu Biu shirt I bought which has tank top straps that don't sit over typical bra straps - and this bra works perfectly underneath it. Another LOVE bra. But so stretchy in the band. Wrong size for me, but now I am really interested in trying CHPs again. I love the color combination. I love the feel of the fabric even though I am disappointed in the stretch. I think the open cup style of the chp will be my better open with how much upper fullness I have.
I love the idea for this bra. It is really close to a good nude for me. But even with my implants not being as heavy as a natural bust wearing this bra as a halter was a fail. It caused painful digging in the back of my neck. Wearing it in a 28HH wouldn't have solved this. Nice as a racer back or a regular bra, not some much for a halter.
This bra is one that many people said came super pointy. I thought the same, but as in wore and was washed the pointy eased up. It definitely had a higher apex point than all my other EM. In the wrong size, totally ok and I could make it work. In the right size I think it wouldn't have been wearable with my shape.
Another I love and I should have just special ordered in the right size. It's classy, vintage, totally different feel. Cute little cameo in the center. Details are set and really work out.
Bought in a 65GG to avoid special ordering. Mistake. Band is too large, cups too small, gore too high and wide. Shape is ok, and it would be useful as a convertible bra. Because of the too wide and too high gore I probably won't reorder in the correct size.
Definitely too small, I need a cup volume up and a band down. PL is a style that definitely works for me, it really is a shame that there are so few PL options. This bra is close to a nude for me, not quite there but workable. The plunge is a nice deep plunge, which works she'll with how close set I am. In the right volume it would be a keeper, not quite perfect but wearable and useful.
I had lost faith in the CHP style after trying the Gazeta. But now I'll have to try and order one in the correct cup volume. Definitely need a cup size up in this, but it is a very pretty bra. Once this sells if special ordering is still an option I want to order a 60HH to try.
I love this bra! Really cute design with all the little buttons and the criss cross pattern detailing which makes a the fact that it's a nude bra much more interesting. Very comfortable, perfectly snug band, cups are just a tad too small for me and as I'm quite close set the gore doesn't sit quite right. I had suspected this might be the case as I'm still trying to pin down my Polish size. Overall is an awesome bra, wish it fit!
Gorgeous design - I wish Ewa would come up with more minimalist and colourful designs such as this! It's absolutely the prettiest bra she's introduced in a while.
The fit is similar to other SM mesh bras, band is average EM.
There's a little mess-up with the stitching at the front edge of the band, under the wire, where it's supposed to be clean zig-zag and the seamstress let her hand slip or something. I really hate all those little mess-ups from Ewa, especially now that their bras are so much more expensive -- but it is what it is, I guess. Maybe I'm being petty.
The inside of the cups is horridly sloppy, with those black ugly stitches out in the open like nobody's business. I love the newspaper print and overall design of this bra, it's very unique - but unfortunately the fit isn't great. Which is weird, because other CHP's in the same size are perfect. The straps are too-wide set, a problem which I never ever encountered in any bra, be it Ewa's CHP or any other. This fucks up the fit and comfort of this bra for me. I still wear it occasionally because it's so pretty, but can't manage to keep it on more than a couple hours. I should sell it on really, but I'm sentimental and I like pretty things.
I thought that this one is discounted did you buy from ewa directly?
No, I bought it from a person on the FB swap group a while ago.
I know how tough it is to let go of bras that you're in a love/hate relationship with! Pretty things that don't fit are The. Worst.
Right?! I try to convince myself that "well, maybe it isn't so pretty after all" but that's just a lie. Then I try to convince myself that comfort and fit come before beauty but that's a lie too.
There's a FB swap group???
Your last comment cracked me up. It's why I'm having a hard time convincing myself to sell my Alice. It's so stupidly beautiful.
Yes, it's called Clothes for Boobs Buy/Sell/Chat/Share.
Let's make a deal: if/when I end up selling my Gazeta, you should sell your Alice too! ;-)
(It'll be like a support group: Bralove/hate Anonymous)
Ooh, I'm gonna look that group up! I've almost talked myself into selling Alice, but I'm going to wait until my ice blue Rhea comes in first, assuming it fits. I stumbled across it on r/braswap. Alice is my only blue bra, and even though I find myself avoiding it, I love the color so much I think I'll feel better about it once I have another blue bra in my closet hahaha I'm such a spazz!!!
If you do ever decide to sell it, I'll take it... but I'll probably need to do something about the wide straps.
I wonder if this is the one I originally had.... I passed it on to someone in Australia on the FB group. I am very interested in your comparison to other CHPs. I had completely given up on that style after the Gazeta fail. For such a pretty bra I have to wonder what on earth they were doing.
I did buy it from someone in Australia, and looking at your photos I do think it's your bra that I have! Ha. In comparison with other CHP's, this one has much tighter band, wider wires, and possibly less projection? I should make proper measurements to be sure, but you should totally try another CHP, as this is definitely an odd one out.
bybabysrules if you made the transfer here on the site it will be very easy to track if it's the same bra :)
I wonder if the fucked-up fit is a general issue in this model, or perhaps it's just this specific one bra that was born into misery and despair.
It's compltely discontinued? Oh noes! CH fit great on me, but I simply can't do CHP's. They're so wide and shallow. :(
Yes, it's been completely discontinued for a while; they only do CH's for smaller sizes and CHP's for larger sizes, and refuse to even do any special orders of CH in our size range!
This is one of the most beautiful bras I've ever seen! Everything about it is stunning. It is extremely comforable too! I only have 2 complaints (if you could call them complaints). The first is the straps feel just a touch too wide, but nothing too bad. The second is just a general issue with my S style EMs which is that I can't wear them under thin material. I feel like the shape doesn't look quite right. Under thicker material I think the shape looks great and it gives me awesome cleavage! For anyone who loves the S style EM, this is a must-have!
What a lovely bra! I was just posting to another Btb user who reviewed it as well. She ended up sizing up in the cup because her usual size was not available, and it actually gave her a great shape with a lot of uplift. You might try this with the S style to get a better shape under clothes--I think with this style it helps shaping a lot when the lower cup section reaches up past the apex of the breast.
After one wear for a couple hours, the outer material of the cup started pilling severely. I tried to change the shirt but the cup was instantly getting little bobbles all over it. I sent the bra back to Ewa with a complaint form, and received a full refund.
This bra is fucking amaze. I didn't have high hopes, because I don't do too well in 3-part cups (or is it only Freyas?); but I snatched it on the big Christmas sale as a gamble because I couldn't resist the aesthetics. It fits me really well, apart from slight creasing at the bottom due to lack of sufficient immediate projection. Not as stable as Ewa's padded bras, but surprisingly stable for a sheer cup. I can wear it for hours comfortably, and that's something for such a pretty piece. Worth noting: this bra doesn't give me a very round profile. It's not particularly pointy either, just a rather odd-ish inbetween. Nevertheless, I love it to bits.
May I ask how did you choose your size? I usually wear a 44G in Elomi and goddess and with the measurements I'm slightly smaller than that but because it'll have to order it with no return I'm quite apprehensive.
Well, the first EM bra I tried on was in a shop in Prague, so I didn't have to guess my size... Usually people need to go up one band size while keeping the same cup-letter, but it really depends if you're looking at the padded styles or a BM. I'd say your best bet is 46G/GG. Did you try their calculator?
