Yet another bra that doesn't fit me properly. Cup is too small, Band rides up. Straps sawing my arms off. But still a marked improvement from what I was wearing. Super cute every day bra. It may be plain and nude, but it's adorable. It's quite thin so no hidig if you're cold (or pieced teehee) in tight tops. Despite being thin the material feel very "heavy duty" and provides a lot more shape and sport than I anticipated. I'm very impressed. It has little lacey, loopy details all the way around which only exacerbates my arms saying issue. I never considered if I may be narrow ...or not, though I've read that the width can be an issue with most smaller band, larger cup bras. Speaking of smaller band, I also read a lot of reviews that stated this (unlike other freya models) ran true to size. It was larger than I expected. I currently measure 30" underbust but it can fluctuate and though I have back fat, my ribs lack much padding so I'm afraid to go down to a 30 band. Either way, on the tightest setting this seems to fit... Until a half an hour later when it rises up and drops my boobs out the front. *sad face* Nobody likes droopy boobs. Also as I wear it the quad boob gets worse and worse. There is a very slight gap at the top on me as well but I imagine that's due to the fact that I don't have boobs at my armpit shoulder junction! Maybe if I tried this in a smaller band and larger cup it would work? But I doubt if the straps would be close enough together still. It's a lovely bra and again, better tahn what I've had, but it kinda hurts. It's a good starting point though to figure out where to go next. Read more 208 more words
I like this bra because it has great side support and it's shallow enough for me. I do have problems with orange in a glass though I think, so it may not be good for full on bottom breasts. Right now I have a good upper appearance so I'm not sure if sizing up a cup would do well. The band fits great so far though. I love that my boobs seem to stay in place more than usual. I am still on a hunt for a great fitting bra.
The band is ludicrously large even on the tightest hooks, it barely touches my skin. I would recommend this for someone who takes a 30 band maybe even 32. Also, the cups are a little too separate for my breasts.
The look of the bra is delightful though and the color cheers me up just to look at it. The foam of the cups is that good stuff that springs right back when you crush it instead of denting.
This is one of the bras I bought when I was still clueless, but knew the 34DDs I was wearing weren't right. I tried on this bra in every size from 32E to 32G, and had one major problem with all of them. No matter how small or large the cup was, it crumpled at the bottom of the cup. I kept the smallest of the ones I tried because the 32E had the mildest version of this effect. I now realize the cups were WAY too small and the caving at the base of the cup was from the shape of the cup being too shallow.
Best fit I've ever gotten from an unpadded/unlined bra. The band is perfect and I don't see any of the shape-mismatch issues I generally get with softcups on my shallow/tall (I think) breasts. However (of course), it's like the top edge of the cups is too long. It gapes outward and I can't quite fill that top edge. The wires are a little bit too wide, but that doesn't bother me much. The shape from the side is nicely rounded and pleasant. The fabric is very soft and comfortable and the design is subtle and pretty.
I ordered this bra in different sister sizes. I had some noticeable gaping in this one and the band was slightly loose. You can read my overall opinion on this bra in the review of the fitting 28G - Freya » Patsy Padded Half Cup Bra (1223) .

From the Deco range from Freya, with a new design, charcoal grey striped, and green trim on top of the cups. It's very comfortable, only too small for me as I've been fitted 28GG.
I LOVE this bra. I wasn't so sure about the fit at first (I had a little bit of gapping at the top), but after being in properly fitted bras for about 2 weeks now, I think I'm having some tissue migration. I fill it out perfectly now! It definitely does seem to run about a cup size large, as my typical size is 30DD, and this in 30D is perfect. I have never liked my boobs outside of an extreme pushup bra, but I LOVE how they look in this bra, without all that extra padding! I actually have cleavage! The Deco Honey is very comfortable and seamless under shirts, and the purple color with the center button accents is adorable. This bra is definitely one of my favorites!
I'm getting some degree of torpedo boob with this bra due to the extreme uplift. I think it looks nice under clothes, though, and the seams don't appear to show. The pattern does show up. I think I have fairly close set boobs and the gore was battling it out with them and wouldn't lay flat. If I pushed it flat, I did not quad out or anything, but it would sit on tissue. The band feels very comfy and supportive. I did size down as I'm typically a 32 band. It encases my boobs quite nicely in that there is no jiggle and I find it rather slimming under clothes.
This bra doesn't fit me at all - I think I'd need to go down a band size and up maybe two cup sizes in order to get a perfect fit. Otherwise, a very nice bra, details on the cups are nice and subtle, and would make a perfect every day bra.
I love this bra - it gives great uplift and cleavage, and is also comfortable. I was a bit worried that I would fall out of the plunge cups (don't normally go for plunge styles) but this isn't an issue. The only slight issue that I have is that the cups are quite tall, and did rub my armpit a bit on the first wear, but since washing and wearing it a few more times, this issue seems to have disappeared. The pattern is great - makes a change from plain bras!
A touch more firm in the band than the Deco. Stinking cute. Never worn because I lost weight but I am rating it based on my Deco experience in multiple sizes/colors. It's such a great basic, but with a twist. Now that I have found Ewa Michalak and Comexim, I find the wires too wide and the cups too tall. However, I am very narrow rooted, short and round/full on top.
Pretty tight band - I usually take a 28 and the 30 band is definitely good enough. Stays in place really well and is low enough for low cut tops. Pretty shallow (too shallow for me) with narrow wires.
I want to like this bra, because it was the first bra that I thought fit me correctly! After trying on some others I've realized that the cup size is a little too small for me. I like the Freya half-cups a lot, but this band is too tight and uncomfortable for me. The frills along the band and the lacy material makes it itchy and uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. (I should mention that I'm really big on comfy bras). However, this bra is super cute, and I love that it comes in a traditional black color with no crazy patterns. My breasts fill the cups nicely but I think I'd like it better if I had ordered it a cup size bigger.
This bra provides a really great shape and fit for me. I have narrow-rooted breasts and Freya bras have been a revelation. The only problem is a little gapping under where the straps meet the cup. However, the next size down in the cup was definitely too small. After some thought I've come to think I get gapping despite being full-on-top because I have very short roots.
At any rate, the gapping doesn't affect the comfort or even the look of the bra. The bra also gives me a very nice shape, pushed out in front but still rounded.
In terms of looks, I was initially a bit hesitant to try this one one. It's very sorority sister, and I'm very 36 years old. However, once I tried it on I was sold - in addition to the great shape it gives, it looks cute, not saccharine. And it grows on me every time I look at it. Definitely happy with this one.
