I measured this bra before altering the band to make it the same size as my 28G - Freya » Deco (4234) . The 30 band was on the loose side.

The cups behaved the same, as soon as I wore the bra and was all properly scooped, the boobs filled the cups nicely but as the day goes by, I ended up with gaps on top of the cups and the bottom was too shallow which caused them to crumble.

I also find the molded material that Freya Deco Moulded Plunge Bra (4234) use makes my boob sweat, specially since I live in a very hot climate.

Me:FoT, narrow and tall root, average projection, splayed.

This gives the nice rounded shape that I like. The top edge cuts in ever so slightly and really isn't noticeable and caused my by tall ripped breasts anyway. Wires are a little bit wide but not too bad. I dislike the little lace edge up top because I think it does through my clothes a bit. Otherwise I like this bra, even if it's not one of my best fitting ones.

I love the polka dots and I love this bra. Fits well, sturdy construction, and is super cute. I have no complaints other than the fact that I wish the fabric were a little silkier (but I wish that for all my bras)!

This actually lifts my boobs up well, more like they're supposed to be in a bra. It's not quite wide or high enough on the sides, though. It feels like I'm escaping, and the gore seems to lay on the tissue of my bigger side.

This bra is so cute -- I love the look of it, and I like that the sheer fabric is smooth and silky rather than lacy. I usually find lacy bras to be itchy. It is comfortable, for the most part, though the band is the tiniest bit too tight on me, and the underwires don't come up quite high enough on me. Overall, it's a nice, comfortable, day-to-day bra. 8/17 - changed my mind... I don't like the shape this gives me! Out it goes.

  7. Morning Meadow Plunge Balcony Bra (1411)

Stretchy band. Tiniest bit tight for my 31.5 inch ribcage but still comfortable to wear. Fits well, nitpicking the cups are a bit taller/less open than I'd really prefer but it's not a problem, no quadding or anything. Straps are annoying! I don't know what's with Freya and their bulky, unattractive straps. They don't irritate my skin but they're far thicker than really necessary. Not a deal breaker though, we'll see how this bra holds up for a long wear.

Initial impressions are that if my breasts were both the same size, I'd call this a good fit. There's some looseness in the lace -- a pucker along the diagonal seam running between strap and gore -- which I think is simply due to my being shallow up top. It's nothing too noticeable. The wires are perfect, I feel supported and get a lovely uplifted profile.

The gore can be a bit stabby if I don't get the bra sitting at precisely the right height, but the biggest problem I have with this bra is that the straps cut into my armpits. Hopefully a few washes will soften ... it a little.

I was worried about asymmetry with a totally sheer bra (I'd estimate I have about a cup size difference), but other than slightly more wrinkling in the lace on the smaller side it's really not as noticeable as I thought. Although I have noticed the mesh can be a little itchy on the nipple on my smaller breast, due to slight movement within the cup during the day; so if you have extreme asymmetry and sensitive skin this might not be a great choice.

Edited to add: after a few washes and wears, most of my problems with this bra have vanished. The gore is no longer stabby, the wires are nicely broken in to my shape, and the mesh doesn't irritate my nipples any more. The straps also don't saw at my arms quite so badly any more -- but they do still chafe, and by the end of the day it's uncomfortable. I've not marked the straps as being too wide-set because it's not a deal-breaker on this bra, but it does still suffer from the combination of wide-set straps and tall cups (particularly at the wing) that results in Freya bras not being armhole friendly on me.

According to Bratabase, this bra SHOULD have fit me perfectly -- however, it seems as though there is a very strange looking wrinkle across the top of the seam on the balcony bra. I assume that I just couldn't properly fill the cup, but the extra space seems kind of weird. I'm debating whether I want to try altering it, or just accepting that this bra is likely for someone who is more full on top than I am!

This bra is so perfect for me, I can't get over it. It's so comfy and it stays in place when I move around. I'm not constantly worried about any breast tissue trying to escape out the sides like I am with my Deco (which, to be fair, the band is too big for me on that one because it's a 32). It doesn't dig in anywhere or poke or rub or gape. The underwires are placed perfectly and hold everything in nicely and the cups give me a nice shape both from the front and the sides. This is the first bra I've found so far where all the seams line up perfectly, it's like this bra was made for me. I am over the freaking moon about this bra! I feel like my boobs are on a cloud, haha.

I grabbed this because I needed a nude bra and the Arabella works pretty well for me.

It's a bit pinker than I was hoping, but turns out that works okay as a nude for me anyway.

I find the fit very similar to my Arabella, except where the Arabella wrinkles on the upper cup, this one doesn't. I think it's a touch more open on the upper cup edge than the Arabella is.

I have the same problem in this as I do in all bras: I just can't find a gore that's narrow enough. On first donning the bra everything sits well enough (the wires do sit ... on breast tissue at the gore, but it still tacks and the gore is low enough that it's not painful); then with wear my breasts and the gore start fighting, and the gore inevitably loses, which makes the top of the cup alternately cut in and wrinkle, depending on which way the wires get pushed.

The main problem I have with this bra is that, like all Freya cups, there's a combination of the straps being just wide enough and the cups being tall enough at the side to cause the strap/cup edge to chafe me. It's not completely unbearable, so I've not marked it as a fit failure in that regard, but it's far from optimal.

Nice and cleavagey! It's a cup size down, so I do get a little quad boob but cleavage is the important factor.

Band is stretchy, very comfy on the loosest hooks. I like that Freya bands are not overly narrow; it makes having only 2 hooks in my size range much more comfortable than, say, Cleo's back-slicing bands.

This is my best-fitting Freya without a doubt. I get almost no Freya pucker, the width and depth are perfect for me. The gore, as always, is too wide for me.

My real problem with this bra is that it tries to cut my arms off. I've marked it as the straps being too far apart, just to give an indication that it didn't fit in that respect, but in truth I think that's a little simplistic. Certainly my Cleo bras seem to have equally wide-set straps and they don't bother me or chafe me in the way Freya bras do. I think it's a combination of wide-set straps and tall cups, particularly through the tail of spence region (perhaps Cleo bras are cut a little more forward there, making them more underarm/tail of spence friendly?).

  16. Totally Tartan Padded Longline Bra (1424)

I think I could get addicted to longlines.

I bought this one knowing the bra's shape was a mismatch for mine, but the joy of soft tissue means I have relatively biddable/obedient breasts, and there's something about the denim pinstripe with wooden buttons that just called to me. Perhaps the pared-back "femininity" of it? Not sure, but it is nice to have a bra that isn't all lace and flowers and bows.

The cups run wide and shallow; however, despite the shallowness, they allow for some measure of immediate projection at the base of the cup. The cups are too shallow at the gore for me, so my inner fullness ... pushes at the gore and shoves it downward during the day; thankfully, the longline's broad, extremely stable band simply refuses to allow the gore to move downwards and the bra remains comfy.

Typical of the Freya padded halfcups, the cups are very open on top.

The material of the bra is lovely, soft to the touch and firm, but giving. I find the width of the band incredibly comfortable: it's tricky to get the wires sitting in the right place on first donning the bra, as shimmying it up into the inframammary fold isn't so easy with a few inches of band gripping your torso.

The band bunches up at the base during wear; the band is cut longer than any of my other bras by a good 10+cm, so it's cut to allow for the ribs below the underbust to be wider than the underbust itself, but it's either not enough or I slump and slouch far too much. Even bunched up, though, it's more irritating than uncomfortable.

For my notes: wires are about half an inch too wide for me.

I ordered this bra in different sizes. This one was too big for me in the cups. I had some gaping at top and the bra kept wandering down. The shape looks kind of pointy here, but it's much nicer and rounder in the fitting 30F - Freya » Ooh La La Plunge Balcony Bra (1481).

I could probably use a slightly tighter band in this bra, but it works for me. Fits TTS.

The longline does ride up a little over time as there are not side bones.

I like the softer cups (softer than the Deco Honey, less moulded) and the wide straps are very comfy.
