I'm diving into the deep end and planning my first Ewa Michalak custom order! I'll need to save up and sell a few bras but knowing what I'm looking forward to helps! I just looked at my newly acquired collection of Polish bras (after clearing out my old stash/ unworn ones and suffering from either bruised sternums (I'm very close-set) ... or flattened, unflattering boob shapes under clothes for way too long), I realized that I need an emergency dose of color! I used to only buy colorful bras but have in maturity (tee hee) learned to appreciate sexy blacks and nudes, especially with my recent discovery of Ewa Michalak!
I'm 30:7 to 30:8 and even to FOB, tall shallow roots, close-set, center-full, soft self-supporting and I have fallen in love with my round cakes on plate shape in CHPs ( who knew that was possible???). I also love the SF for its unlined comfort and support/lift. I was thrilled when EM told me they could make CHPs out of the list I sent them - no surprise, all in colors, so it's now a matter of choosing which ones - I'm hoping some of you Polish bra connoisseurs could help with this because the more I deliberate the more confused I get...so here goes:
I am eyeing the Dot Red, BM Michelle, BM Roz and BM Koronkowa Scarlet. I'd love to choose just 3 for custom CHPs but it's SO hard. I like the Dot Red as an SF too and wondering if I should get both as CHP and SF (yikes $$!) I am set on BM Michelle as a CHP so that's good. I have been looking for a sexy classic red bra (I am giving up my gorgeous Prima Donna because HIGH painful gores) and I love the look of the BM Scarlet Koronkowa. I also love the look of the BM Roz -that PINK!
Stuck #1: However, here's the thing, I'm not big on lace because 1. They are sometimes scratchy, 2. They often show up under clothes. Ewa Michalak appears to use very high quality lace so I'd love to know if any of you own the Roz or Koronkawa and can tell me what the lace is like under clothes. I have looked at ALL the pictures, stock and personal and I cannot tell how flat the lace really is.
Stuck #2: I quite like the demure contrast of the sexy red (and pink) with the full coverage of the BM. I've seen a Koronkawa CHP but for some reason, the BM looks better. I wish this was an SF because I know how I fit in them, but I've never tried a BM (couldn't get it in my size at Levana and want something less full-coverage). So while I originally wanted this in CHP, now I'm not sure. Gah!
Any suggestions, advice, most welcomed! (I really wish EM made more laceless colored bras. I am hoping my Comexim custom 3HC works (it's on the way) because they have more laceless options. )

oof that's unexpected. You have other colors of this bra right, how long have you had them in comparison and how are they holding up?
Hmmm that's disappointing!
With handwashing / delicate detergent I'd definitely expect bras to last a longer time in prime condition.
Sometimes, more delicate fabrics like stretch lace bras (even 'high quality' ones like Ewa M.) do show signs of wear quite quickly (some snags or pilling), which I'm always a bit sad about.
Elastics + lace in general can be tricky though: I've had full-lace briefs that, after a while, get all these tiiiny bits of elastic sticking out, you know what I mean? Looks almost like tiny white 'hairs' and it grosses me out. But that's usually with machine washing and cheaper materials / non-branded items.
But your bra seems to be made of quite sturdy materials so I think you're right in expecting more!
