• I have 2 of the Active multi and they are absolute zero bounce bras. They also run very very tight, up to two bands, depending on the color.

• jlcl119 do you sister size down or keep your same cup? They are compression style right?

• moulded bras should ideally be in a box, regular bras i've had no issue just sending in those plastic-bag type of parcels.

  I pay attention to how my bras are shipped to me that I buy and use the same logic.

  at least in my country I can just go on our post service website and they have a webshop where you put destination country and then select which type of package you want to send and it shows a ton of options.

  I know in the UK they have something where you can go to a self service type of place and weigh the package, buy and print a label there and drop it off at the same place. maybe you have something like that where you are too.

  You don't need to send it insured unless the buyer is willing to pay for it. I always ask the buyer if they want me to ship it untracked or tracked, and if they want it tracked they pay for that, but I state this in my reddit posts so it's not a "surprise! it's more expensive!"

  Generally if you wanna be safe get some tissue paper and wrap around the bras, maybe some tissue paper into the moulded bra cups but the box should be fine for those bras. they shouldn't be shipped in a non-box at all really. hope it helps some, I've sold maybe 10-15 bras total, including a few to the US (from sweden). I never heard back so I assume they arrived fine :)

  (not sold moulded bras though I just know all the padded/moulded bras I've bought came in box) also you can Reuse boxes that you've got elsewhere as long as they meet the measurement requirements. If you bought some bras that came in boxes, keep them for the future :D

• alidieux has some great points that I follow too (using boxes, tissue paper, sending untracked, etc).

  I always save packaging from other bras/mail that I get so that I can reuse it. I use boxes for more expensive bras/ones that are newer, and bubble mailers and tissue paper for unlined bras or ones that I'm selling for really cheap and need to mail for cheap.If you don't have mailing envelopes, the dollar store is a good resource. The post office boxes/envelopes are way more expensive. I'm in Canada, and all mail within Canada is tracked unless it's a letter (and it's expensive), so I try to use a box when I have one. It doesn't save any money to ship within canada in an envelope, so I always do higher quality packaging. I can get away with mailing an unlined bra in an oversized envelope sometimes, and then it only costs $1.89 cnd within canada, but that's rare. We have an online Canada post site that allows us to estimate shipping costs based on the size/weight and location of the parcel. I have a digital food scale that I use to weigh the bra and envelope/box with for estimates (so I can give people a quote and they pay upfront for the shipping and bras before I go to the post office).

  If you're selling a bra through paypal, many people use 'frends and family.' There is a fee for using it internationally though I'm pretty sure (on the buyers end I think). I always state that it's an extra $1.50 usd if they they want to send the payment through as a 'goods and service' or 'invoic'e. You can always work that amount into the asking price too if you feel more secure doing it that way (if the buyer picks "goods and services" instead of friends and family, it costs you - the seller - money off the amount you are charging)/they pay).

  I've never had any issues with buying or selling bras here or on reddit, but if you aren't sure about the person for whatever reason, you can use goods and services and tracked shipping for security (same goes with buying I guess. Note, however, that international tracking doesn't always work in some countries). I've always used friends and family untracked and have never had issues.

  I always warn people that are buying internationally that the package will be 2-4 weeks. I've bought some bras from the UK (reputable seller), which have taken 2 months to arrive, but it's usually 1 week in country and 2-3 weeks internationally.

• Ugh, yes I was recently made aware of it. There was a bug when upgrading the system recently that got them all lost :(
  You can set it manually again, but chances are that it's lost (along with other non critical preferences, like if you picked to change the measurements form)

• I fought my impulses as long as I could, but I ended up buying 2 bras and one bottom as soon as I saw they added the pure white Gloria to the options. I had previously been looking at the Inez since it came out, but I like the pure white one. I got the matching bottoms for that one. I also ordered the older model Patricia because I love my scottie so much and they are similar. Plus I thought they'd be cute to wear over Christmas. I ordered 60 bands, so they'd better not measure 25" like my Yellow bird did.
  I like that they had a sale now instead of just the black friday sale... I wanted to beat the BF ordering rush and also have them here before Christmas.
  Hope you love your bra when it comes in!

• I had ordered the Mimi and puime notte, a week before the sale 😂 but nevermind, I love Comexims bras, I am so impatient for them to arrive! The Hera has got to be the nicest bra I have ever seen, so at least I had 15% off that. I found my beauty tight, 27 at full stretch but after 3 wears with an extender, its perfect.

Sorry I'm also bit in negative and ranty mood but I did not come accross a bra that has no wire and doesn't dig into shoulders. I mean the weight of the breast need to be hold up by something? :( Or you need to get very tight bra that holds them so close to your chest but that won't be comfy.

  Did you check out my review on 30HH - Pour Moi » St. Tropez Full Cup (PM-7702) I can only link this but look also for 32J review, that 30HH is super old. ( Jj why can I not link certain bras?) It has thin straps and quality feels cheap. But wires are narrow I give it that.

• I think I like medley more than Erin but not sure how they both compare, If I remember from a pdf of freya bras I had, they are probably the same cut/style, because they showed a table of all their styles. gonna see if I find it.

  Oh no Envy!! I did not like the gore on it but I like stretch lace so I'm like maybeee.. but I think the gore was also too high if it would have sat properly anyway. It's just it was so flimsy it kept twisting.

  For Flora, what keeps me off is the straps not being adjustable.

  I think I will for sure try the Fantasie one, because the Freya Daisy Lace, while it broke, It didn't dig into my shoulders. It was actually comfy :P So this one reminds me of it so I think I'll get it.

• I have Matilda in 32JJ - I love the bra for it's shape and fit - feels almost like I don't wear a bra on it's good days but agree that the band is quite stretchy. For me works to not wear it too often always leave in 3-4 days until I wear it again so the band doesn't get stretched too much. Since you have the option to size down, I recommend that.

Did anyone try Trunk Club??

I posted awhile back to let everyone know you can get bras on Trunk Club by Nordstrom as well as other wardrobe pieces. I was curious if anyone tried Trunk Club, I saw I had a few sign ups when I shared my referral link. If you tried it either with my link or just on your ... own, how did they do? Did you request bras? Did you like what you received?

My first order had 1 sports bra from Sweaty Betty, I wasn't specifically looking for bras, but did request some workout gear. Unfortunately the band ran about a size small and being at the larger end of 32 I couldn't even clasp it comfortably. I did specify I prefer no underwire but high support which I feel the Sweaty Betty bra would have been had I been able to put it on.

Trying another Trunk and am super excited, getting a Natori wireless bra as well as a Freya sports bra (has wires but not a deal breaker). Also getting a bunch of leggings, jeans and other things I requested.

• You'll get there! I think many of us wish for that.

  If it helps, most unlined bras soften with wear, and create a rounder shape than you might initially see in store. Cleo tends to be basketball round, Freya aims for a more naturally rounded shape. Ewa Michalak is often praised for the rounded shape the bras create.

• Girl same. After nursing 3 babies my boobs are sad deflated empty milk bags when not in a bra lol! I’ve tried on literally 100 bras and found 3-4 that really work. It’s a moving target!

• Sorry your bras didn't work out for you!

  We are in different size brackets, but I had a hard time fitting EM too. I wanted her bras to fit so badly because everyone raved about them; plus they were so beautiful. I can wear a PL and M but they give me a pointy shape that I don't like, and the CHP is just too open on the top that I get a bit of gaping. I suspect the SF would also be a bit pointy on me too, but I will probably try that if I ever find one used for a good price. I do have a couple BMs that work well, but I gave up on the rest (not to mention I paid $100 cnd to ship 2 bras here once because she changed Canadian shipping to DHL).

• Yeah it's very hard hearing everyone go on about how amazing the brand is and on paper, it should work for me haha. So sad. That's so odd how the padded bra gives you a pointy shape, I don't think I've ever seen that before!

  I tried a BM in 80J the previous time I tried Ewa, and that was apparently too big for me although it didnt' feel too big, it's just I had a pointy shape in it instead of a round shape, but because my boobs are pointy and it was comfortable it didn't seem out of place or too big. It wasn't great at the wire though but whatever. I might try one more BM if I find one. I guess some people, a tacking gore isn't a dealbreaker, for me , pointy shape isn't a dealbreaker :D If its comfy and fits otherwise. I don't mind.

  And oof the shipping, it's since covid or is it perma? I'm lucky enough I have Lace Lingerie in my country so it's free shipping, but it's limited stock, size and cuts avaialble , so have to take what I can to try from there, so that I can hopefully narrow down a size if I wanted to order straight from Ewas website.

• That's amazing! Hey, if you crack the code, you may be taking custom orders from here sooner than later ;-)! Out of curiosity, which Comexim patterns worked for you? I having been trying different sizes in the Plunge in the Granite Floral pattern, and can't quite hit the mark, 30JJ way small, 30KK too big, 30K still too small. BUT I ordered Piume Notte in the 30K for comparison and it fit *way* better mostly because the material is stronger. Congrats on finding two ABTF's!!

• Comexim bras are notoriously difficult to find the right size/alterations in. If you order any customizations, or sizes that aren’t in their drop down box, you cannot return them. Customizations are free, but my recommendation is to order a drop down size without any customizations so you can return if it doesn’t fit. If you’re willing to either keep it no matter what or lose some money on a resale, then take the leap and order a couple alterations. I found that moving the straps in too much made the cups feel shallower. I always order mine with straps moved in 1 cm and an overlapping gore. By only ordering a couple customizations I find they are always done. Sometimes if you order too many alterations you can’t tell what works on you and which ones were actually done.
  If you pay in full with PayPal you can tap in to their free returns program.
  I believe shipping is 20 zloty, and it takes 4-8 weeks to receive your bra.

• I wear 28FF/30F and I wear a 60HH plunge/60J half cup, or a 65H plunge/65HH half cup. When I wore a bra closer to 30FF (sister size to 28G), I was ordering 65J. They're not very consistent with band stretchiness, so it's always a gamble if I go with a 60 or 65 band. I have had a 60 bands that stretch to less than 26" and I have had some 65 bands that stretch to around 28"....then another bra the 60 will stretch to 28" and a 65 band will stretch to closer to 30". You never really know...

Just a little question... has anyone tried bras where there is a metal piece at the front where the strap meets the cup?

There are quite a few negative reviews that say that the metal thing does feen uncomfortable or the straps slip to ... the sides. Did you ever try bras with this feature? Would you agree it is not good? I'm watching those 2 bras on sale but they sat there 4ever so I'm not sure if I should risk to order them.

• It depends on the width of the strap and the shape of the metal piece. Elomi Sachi is like that and I really liked it, but I’ve had bras where the metal was more oval or rectangular and the strap thinner and that dug in.

• cupandahalf Elomi Matilda also has a round metal piece and it's no problem at all. I also think that Elomi really put lots of thought in their bra construction. It could be Bravissimo just strepped into that trend but hasn't thought it through. There is negative feedback on larger and smaller cup sizes. One reviewer said it could be fixed by sewing.

Bras on Trunk Club

So TrunkClub is by Nordstrom and as many of us know Nordstrom is one a few department stores in the US that actually sells some UK brand bras such as Panache. Well Trunk Club which is a style box service similar to Stitch Fix, actually asks your bra size and has a good range of sizes to select on ... that question. I've watched some YouTube reviews on Trunk Club and people have received bras. I just ordered my first trunk so I can't say much about it yet, but the stylists do seem quite communicative.
