It's beautiful, a beautiful mauve colour, the lace is just gorgeous. The bra is comfy. I wanted it ever since Wilderness1 showed me she has one in a random comment I don't even remember when.
And you know, at first look it kinda fits? It fits surprisingly well actually considering two things: the band is extremely loose, and the top of the cups cut into my tissue. I ordered this in 70J (recommended 2 cups up from what I usually wear). Now, maybe a month-ago me this bra would have fit perfectly actually, but the today me is more of ...a 30GG and so the issues are what they are. Add to it that half-cups just kinda don't work for me (no lift, top of cups cut in, etc etc), and you get this. But I wanted to try it and see for myself if it would work.
But! I think that it's not *that* bad! I'd wear this bra under a thick sweater or a hoodie when I want to be comfy!
Now for the fit. The band is entirely too loose. Even on the tightest hook it feels loose, but at least wearable. I think this is one of the largest 70 bands I have ever seen.
The cups (although beautiful) just offer no support to me. At least, it *feels* like there is no support. In the photos it looks like it has a fair bit of lift. Maybe it's a matter of it being half-cup and I feel like I'm gonna slip out of the cups at any moment! The top of the cups is lined with a little silicon strip to keep the cups in place. How well this 'tacks' I don't know cause I didn't wear it for too long. I find that it's not too shallow for me, at least for the couple of minutes I wore it. Once the boobs kinda settle down after the scoop and swoop everything is in its place and nothing moves too much.
The wires are very wide, but it doesn't feel like it? It's a mystery. Maybe the wires are a different shape to my EM bras, not that I can tell from just looking at the side by side. The wires overlap at the gore and the gore is a very soft tack. My guess is it's cause the cups are small and the band loose.
The straps are amazing on this bra. They adjust long enough and they're very wide. Love them.
I mean the bra is beautiful, maybe I'm lying to myself convincing myself that it sorta fits? The larger side definitely quads, and the smaller quads somewhat as well. Btw, the lace is very visible under a thin shirt! Okay, after thinking it through a little, it doesn't fit that much different than the EM bras, I guess? Like I'm comparing photos and they all fit about the same.
That is really beautiful, and it looks like you get a fair amount of lift. Are you returning it? Perhaps it might change a bit after washing.
I ordered this from Breakout Bras and returning it would be very very expensive I think, so I won't. I wish there was something I could do about the band cause I think that removing the little silicon strap would make the cups not quad (or possibly would make them very easy to slip off, either or lol).
Just a thought, but I almost think if you contacted Comexim directly and asked about an exchange, Anna (the owner of Comexim) may honor it.
It is such a gorgeous bra!
Perhaps she would!
I'm thinking what sort of changes I can ask for to make these bras fit better--or if I should just settle for smaller band and larger cup? Nothing about the bra really bothers me, the loose band is horrible though, it's literally so loose it's making my boobs slide out below the bra lol.
Yeah, definitely a smaller band. I really think Anna would do it, to gain a new customer and potential new sales. The worst that can happen is her saying no, right? But if she says yes, you get a better fitting bra!
It looks amazing on you. That shape was just meant for your boobs I think. If it's comfy, wear the band on the tightest hooks and then get it professionally taken in. It's worth it to have a comfy bra that makes your boobs look that good! Can't lie, I'm jealous that this works for you!
If you pull the band just to the right tightness what do the cups do?
I suspect this is the reason you're having a hard time discerning the fit: right now you are getting the illusion of a cup fit briefly and ONLY when you've just put it on and adjusted, because the super loosey goosey band is actually allowing the wires to climb on top of the edge of your breast tissue on the sides here, which even if the cup is small, certainly avoids quadding initially. But that will be short-lived because as soon as you start breathing, moving around, etc. (you know, living) the bra will be moving around too. This makes it hard to figure out cup fit (the age-old "am I quadding because it's small in the cup, or because the whole bra is loose and my unsupported breasts are just lurching up, down and around like drunken sailors?")
So--see if you can pull it tighter or rixie-clip it and scoop/swoop again and observe. It's possible that a tighter band will just give more support and a cakes on a plate boost and then you will know this cup volume is OK. But it could also reveal that it's too small.
wendybien Exactly! When I pull it, the cup is definitely too small (even on my smaller side which is telling). Literally bulging out.
I do see Breakout Bras has it in band size down and cup size up (so 30HH) and I'm seriously tempted! I want this bra to work so bad.
cupandahalf thank you! I do think it's too small in the cup. It settles down when I'm stationary but the second I start moving around it's bulges all around!
It does look gorgeous. I do hope that you can find the right fit.
Calluna Breakout Bras has it on sale and with the 15% off coupon it's only like 30 bucks.
Thanks brasaremean. It's appealing but it's still around $43 CAD before shipping and tax. It's not enough to qualify for the free shipping to Canada, and the site doesn't say how much it is without free shipping. I know that the listings I have received from the states have been around $10 USD to ship tracked, but I don't know if they ship similarly. So I'm looking at $55-60 CAD. Which is still good. But I'm saving bra money right now for an Ewa BM...
I will keep this in mind for later though, assuming my size is still available.
I totally agree cupandahalf that this style of bra was like MADE for you. The color is amazing. Hopefully the sister size (or sister size plus 1 or 2 cups) has a band thats actually firm enough.
I caved and got it (in 30HH). The more I look at it the more I realise half cups aren't so bad on me?
I think non-padded half cups were one the greatest bra inventions ever lol. They fit most shapes, types and sizes of breasts quite well. The padded ones are like....they just never turn out so well IMO. The seams don't seem to do much for a padded half cup. But non-padded half cups, gently shape and hold the bust at the proper level while putting the upper bust on display. They have to designed right though, unfortunately there are many super cheapo ones that aren't designed very good and end up fitting terribly. I feel like this shape works with your bust to support & shape instead of forcing it to be supported and shaped, if that makes any sense at all.
Half cups don’t work well on pointy firm boobs. Me and Sovavosi can speak to this.
cupandahalf Maybe if the bottom of the cup was made out of steel and at a 45 degree angle, haha.
This bra is as beautiful in real life as it is in the pictures!
Regarding the construction, this is a 3-part unlined halfcup, with an additional piece of lace under the band, 7cm wide, to make the bra a sort of longline. This construction allows the bra to have a regular band, this way bypassing the issues people often experience with a longline. The cups are made from one layer of transparent tulle, which looks delicate but is actually super sturdy. It has no stretch. The tulle under the band is a different material and it has 2-way stretch. The band is made from two layers of fabric, soft ...jersey and stretch tulle. The cups are closed with a thin strap of soft plastic, but I think it might be more for stability purposes, as the cup seems quite open on top to me. The colour is a flattering light taupe with elegant black accents. I ordered the bra with the alteration wing height 11cm, which seems to be the perfect fit for me.
The fit is the usual excellent Comexim 3-part half cup fit - very rounded, centered and uplifted, with lots of projection at the bottom of the cup. I was worried that the longline part would be uncomfortable on my somewhat larger stomach, but since it's stretchy it's actually very comfortable, I don't even notice it during wear. One thing that I did notice is that the embroidery tends to show under a thin shirt, so this bra won't work as a t-shirt bra. The band is a bit on the stretchy/loose side, I could have sized down as I'm already wearing it on the 2nd hook, so if between sizes I would suggest to size down.
I also ordered the matching shorts in size XL. They also run relatively large, the waist measured flat is 40cm and the material is stretchy. One thing I didn't expect is that the crotch is not lined with cotton but with the same jersey that's on the bra band. Overall, a beautiful set!
As an update after wearing it quite frequently in the past months, the band has stretched out quite quickly, at the moment it rides up on me. Especially the jersey material on the inside of the band looks quite sad and stretched out - this material is not too good quality, which is a pity because the lace still looks good.
I'm not even sure where to begin with this review. I'll just preface this to say I am extremely disappointed, and really, I shouldn't be surprised, since the last few orders from Comexim haven't been anything otherwise for me. So I need a bikini top, BADLY, as I can't seem to find one that fits me. (And I don't have the money to order one from Ewa; besides, the one I REALLY want isn't out until next year.) I'm going on a long vacation to Florida in January, so I want to find one that fits nicely before then. Pretty reasonable, yeah? I've ordered so many different ones the ...past few months. I am getting very discouraged. (I have a Dalia one that works semi-OK for me, after I brought it to a seamstress to have the HUGE GRAND CANYON GAPING fixed, but the straps dig into my shoulders and are ITCHY, and there is a little pucker/wrinkle RIGHT where my nipple is from the darts that were sewn into the cup. I also have a 70G St. Tropez that isn't the right cut for me, so I feel SUPER exposed in it. I've been trying to resell it for about 8 months now, with no luck. I also bought, and subsequently returned, four different Ava bikinis from Amazon. Then, recently, two different Curvy Kate ones were tried since I was desperate and they were available through Prime Wardrobe.) So anyways, back to this bikini. I ordered it directly from Comexim and it came quickly, which was nice. I asked to have it made with the top part of the cup orange, similar to the older style that I've seen online. I also requested straps narrowed 2cm, and to have the band be a 70, but the cups be a 75HH, since those cups fit me much better than a 70HH and a 70J. I received the bikini today, and the label said 70J. I immediately was worried, as that wasn't what I ordered, but I figured maybe they just put that tag on it since my requests maybe weren't understood? I never received an email asking for clarification or anything, and the tops of the cups were orange, like I had asked. So I tried it on, and it's all kinds of wonky. I think they must have narrowed the straps TOO much, because there's a weird wrinkle in the middle of the cup, causing my breasts to balloon out the sides. The band is SO LOOSE there is no salvaging it. There's no way that could be a 70. NO WAY. And the gore, though it tacks, is weirdly crooked, like my larger side breast pushes onto it, causing it to sit at an angle, if that makes any sense. I just don't even know what to do anymore. I feel like this is a fool's errand, and I won't be able to go swimming on my vacation because of lack of well-fitting bikinis that are even close to my price range. ARGHKJAGLKSJAH:KJHSKA. Sorry for the rant, but I figured if anyone could relate, it would be you guys. I don't think I can get a refund since it's got customizations, and I won't get the full amount I paid for it back if I try to sell it, putting me EVEN FARTHER in the bikini money hole. I just can't win. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> I wanted to give Comexim another chance, but this will for sure be the last time I ever throw money their way. I've gotten burned too many times. So if any of you are thinking of ordering, maybe, like, don't? I don't know. It just doesn't seem worth it anymore. Buy at your own risk! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> Read more 520 more words
Oh, honey! I am so sorry you're having such difficulties with the bikini search. I strongly encourage you to contact Comexim-address your email to Anna Matczak (Co-owner of Comexim) and explain all that is off with it especially the band being way too long. Send photos of the bra with a tape measure next to it as well as a bra on photo for visual clarification for her. It's helpful for her to see the complaints to get a better idea (& due to the language barrier.) My last Comexim order was fully refunded even though it was custom both in size and alterations. Anna is super nice and really wants her customers to be happy, but also very defensive/protective of her staff (feels they can do no wrong & never makes mistakes) yet also will admit if a bra wasn't made as ordered/requested so you should be able to get a refund.
Thank you for the info! I'm feeling super discouraged lately; I'm sure you can understand, since you've had similar issues before. :( I hate being "that guy" and complaining, but geesh... this isn't the first time I've had a super messed up bikini sent by Comexim! I'll probably do all that you suggested tomorrow; I think I just need to get away from thinking about it and clear my head. With all that I've spent on stupid ill-fitting bikinis, I would have been better off just ordering from Ewa in the first place!
You're welcome & yes, I totally understand your frustration. No one likes feeling like a complainer, but no one needs to accept faulty products either. Anna is really nice & I'm sure she'll work it out for you.
This bra is listed under the category bralettes on Comexim's site, which I found a bit surprising at the beginning because it's underwired and the cups are padded. However, fit-wise this makes sense because the fit is much less structured than Comexim's usual bras. I think this is because of the very stretchy mesh that is placed on top of the cups, and to which the straps attach - this gives less lift from the straps - although we know most lift comes from the band https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Well, the band also feels on the stretchy side, so it also provides only a ...softer lift. I was curious about the gore, if it will work in a larger size, and overall I'd say that it does. It doesn't feel flimsy and the wires don't feel like they sit differently because of it. However, I've only tried the bra on and haven't worn it for a longer time to be able to judge. Regarding the construction, the cups are the Comexim plunge cut. There is this layer of soft stretchy mesh on top of the cups, which is only attached to them at the wire and the outside of the strap. The same mesh covers the band, which also has a second layer of a different but still stretchy mesh on the inside. The design is overall really beautiful and I like the velvety ribbon on the edge of the cups, as well as the mesh. I got it with the alteration of having a shorter wing under the arm (the wing height is 11cm), which is great for short roots. About sizing, this bra runs smaller than usual for this size, so unfortunately it's too small for me. I also find the Comexim plunge cut to be too shallow for me, so I'll be listing the bra. My Shape: FOB, narrow shoulders and roots, soft tissue, projected Appearance: I really love the look of Nautical style swimsuits, so this one is perfect! It has thin navy blue stripes on top of white, and a little blue bow at the gore. The clasp is the metal one hook kind that sorta latches together, if that makes sense? So you have to make sure the band isn't too loose or tight, since there is isn't a regular hook and eye set. Fit: I need this in a bigger cup for sure, but it's not small enough that I can't wear it. I've worn it once to a pool, and was hyper aware of how my breasts kept slightly poofing out of the top. The band fits perfectly, though. I'm stuck with this until I get a new bikini top! I wear this with a pair of retro high waisted bottoms in a BRIGHT red. They look so cute together! I think this would look really cute with high waisted yellow shorts, too!
The fabric on this is as lovely and soft as the 100HH - Comexim » Angel Half Cup , but despite sizing down in the band it’s still a touch too big, stretching to 44.8 inches right out of the box.
The biggest disappointment I had is that reordering this in the regular plunge does not solve the in-cup quadboob I was getting with the halfcup version. There’s something off with the lace, and I haven’t been able to figure out how exactly to fix it. Unfortunately, this makes it mostly unwearable on a day to day basis as the shape it gives is just really odd under clothes.
But at least the underwire was nice and narrow on this one!
My shape is low set, soft, slightly pendulous, with narrow and short roots.
I got this bra pre-loved from another bratabase user. I normally wear 65 bands in Comexim, but the measurements on this one pointed to it having a tighter band, so I decided to give it a go. The lace does not cover the entire back of the band, so the band is a bit stretchier in the back. Still supportive, just stretchier than my 65J - Comexim » Natalie Half Cup (491) for example. There are 4 x3 set of hooks, which is a nice feature in the bras in this size range. I ...also notice that the straps are a bit wider.
The shape is rounded and mounded! Not as "out there" projected like Ewa Michalak bras, but nice and round. I actually find that the cups on Comexim bras fit me better than EMs chps, which is probably due to my average apex projection and short roots. Comexim's half cups are shallower than EM's chps.
Overall a well made bra with pretty lace and nice rounded cups. Read more 75 more words
This bra's measurements have been altered
Altered straps,
*Made in a 3HC cut *Reduced cup height *Straps moved in 2cm *2cm deeper cups especially at the bottom of the cups, near the wires *Reduce center gore by 1cm
This Comexim came from Wellfitting. The gore is not overlapped at all. There are three rows of hooks. The green is beautiful. Band is pretty average stretchiness so I do not need an extender. The cups are noticeably more narrow than my 60H plunges.
Aw man... This bra looked so nice online, so I had high hopes for its appearance even if it wasn't the most supportive. In person its just... Weird.
The fit is actually not bad, though the top section makes me a little nervous in terms of durability with how thin the mesh is. There's a bit of spillage as was expected, but I was mostly planning on a cool bedroom piece and this is the biggest size she'd make it in, so I went for it. All in all, fit isn't the best for me but that's what I expected.
The little lace overlay looks absolutely ridiculous though. Its too ...long, so even though its stretchy, it isn't being stretched at all. Its also really far out, so that part slides off my shoulders. Plus there's essentially just a piece of lace in my armpits which looks strange. It almost doesn't seem like a scaling issue, because even in absolute measurements mine looks closer to the wire than the pictures do (which once you factor in that I have a LOT more cup width, makes it look even worse). It's also "stitched" to the cup, EXTREMELY loosely to the point where that stitch looks like an afterthought (and on one side is actually already coming undone).
Overall, I generally expect not a ton of support from Comexim but some really cute designs. Unfortunately, I give this one a thumbs down even in the look department https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> Read more 142 more words
She's done bigger cups and bands in other bras, has why didn't make this in a bigger size?
Jj I'm not really sure. I've personally ordered bigger bras from her so I don't know. All they said was "Unfortunately, we do not have this soft model in this size 75 R ). The biggest one you could do 75 P but we do not guarantee that he will keep his bust well."
I saw a review in a FB group of another recent mesh design that they agreed to do in a larger cup volume than what was already on offer, and it was a HOT MESS. Like, this fit you've got right here is a thing of beauty and a joy forever in comparison! So, I think they're not a brand I'd go to for sheer mesh boudoirish designs AT ALL except perhaps if you are a person with very petite cup volume or implants that do not fear gravity nor budge from their assigned seats. kermitdafrog21 I am unsure of your current stats but if you want, I would be happy to suggest other brands/designs outside the usual UK/Polish suspects that offer something with a similar look, i"ve seen a few recently.
wendybien Yeah its definitely too small, but the fit is pretty similar to what I was expecting. I tried my best to tuck everything in for the picture but its probably two cup sizes small, and that becomes evident once I wear it for more than like 30 seconds. It does actually look better in person than the pictures though fit wise. I just really don't understand the overlay. Its sewed on in such a way that its basically outside the actual strap. I don't get that.
Tbh I'm not even sure of my own stats anymore since everything I have is too small. Most of what I have is EM bras in 34K unpadded and 34KK padded, which are all too small by a cup size, or possibly two. I think my options are probably pretty limited :/
Ooh ok I definitely underestimated size range--this makes you look more compact, probably because this bra is severely smooshing you. Well if I do see something I will tag you!!
wendybien Yeah I kind of figured :P I have super short roots, soft tissue, and a lot of projection. So they look a lot smaller than they fit, and are easily squished up enough to quadboob out of everything even a little too small
kermitdafrog21 do you mind measuring this one? I'm constantly trying to figure out if there is any rhyme or reason to Comexim sizing and your measurements would help!
cupandahalf Just put them in. The bra was altered (with a narrowed and overlapping gore, as well as narrower wires) so you'll probably have to click around a bit to get the measurements to show up
Thanks so much!
Ah, thank you for reviewing this! I really liked the look of it, but I'll be skipping it now.
I don’t think I can edit reviews, so I wanted to leave a comment here.
I’ve had this bra for like a week and I just had one of the wires pop out through the gore today 😕
Quite disappointed about the amazingly good looking Comexim's Bridget. I had it done without the extra lace (it is supposed to be a longline) - so because of this I can't send it back to Comexim.
Of course I asked them if the fit would be as it is with their regular padded bras, but wow!, it is NOT! I ordered 2 different bras in 65HH and the result is not the same at all. The bridget looks to be at least 2 cups smaller, maybe even 3! It's a big joke, my boobs won't enter the cups.
Well. I guess I would suggest this bra to someone ...who normally wear a 65F or maybe 65G, and even in the sister sizes in 70 (70E or maybe 70F), because the band is loose.
I'm not happy with Comexim, I own many of their bras, and exchanged also many of them, and the fit is really inconstant, and so it is with the panties as well. Depending on the fabrics, it is never the same!! It is so frustrating, because I'm in Canada and I always wait for 2 months before I get my package, and most of the time, well, it ends up like that.
Had to share this! Thanks https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" /> Read more 110 more words
This bra's measurements have been altered
It's not a longline - I had the extra lace removed
This is so disappointing!! :( I feel you! That's why I stopped ordering from comexim..
Sorry for the bad experience. I find them a bit inconsistent too. I do love their bras though, so I keep ordering them! When they do fit, they fit really well... But when they don't fit, it's so disappointing.
Sorry for the frustration! If you can't be sure of sizing, it sounds like too much of a risk for me. I'm glad you shared.
When this happened to me, I sent Comexim pictures of me wearing both bras so they could see the difference in fit. They offered to remake the bra that didn’t fit. Might be worth a shot? Or maybe at least letting them know so that they will possibly, maybe, pretty please focus more on consistent sizing?
Agree the inconsistencies are frustrating - my Bridget was almost an inch deeper than most of my others, even other unlined ones, so it isn’t even consistent across fabric types... but their bras fit me so well I just keep my fingers crossed, and i’ve been pretty lucky all around.
Sorry to hear about the sizing inconsistency! Maybe they help if you get into contact with them. My Bridget was basically the same cup size/fit as my other Comexims, although the band has already started to stretch out. But I've experienced huge inconsistencies with the band size, with some bras measuring 2-3 sizes off.. The fit is great though, and I love Comexim's flexible customization approach, so I'm overall happy to buy from them :)
That’s so frustrating! I would definitely contact them. This is their mistake and they should be willing to fix it. Let us know what they say!
Thanks girl for your comments, you are right I will contact them so at least they know!
Well Comexim offered me a new bra, which is very nice of them :) I hope this one will fit!
I recently bought this bra from the lovely yogurt, and I've worn it a few times so far, so here are my first impressions, and how it compares to my 55J Geisha. First of all, AFAIK, there aren't any alterations on this bra, compared to my Geisha, which has lowered cups and gore. In comparison, this Basic does fit much more full-coverage. The gore doesn't bother me at all, but the cups are just a little too tall for what I prefer, and the apex is a bit higher than where my natural bust apex sits, so I find that there's a little bit of ...empty space just at the intersection of the seams. However, there isn't any visible gaping. The bottom of the cups are also a bit shallow, so I do feel like the lower half of my breast tissue is a little squished, but overall it doesn't affect the fit throughout the day. I find that every other aspect of this bra is wonderful! The materials are all so soft and comfortable, the wires are a perfect width, and the band fits comfortably snug on the loosest hook. The band has some nice give to it, so it doesn't dig in uncomfortably, whereas my Geisha is quite old at this point (considering I'm the second owner and I've had it for probably two years now) and the band elastic is kind of shot, so it really doesn't have any stretch left at this point, and it can start to dig in a little by the end of the day.
Overall I'm very happy with this purchase, and I'm sure I'll be wearing it for quite a while because of Comexim's unmatched comfort! Read more 179 more words
This does look great. Really pretty and practical at the same time.
Thank you! I definitely agree :)
glad you're happy with it! you're right, it's unaltered/i ordered it without any customizations (well i did ask for a overlapping gore but i feel like they do that with all their bras by default?).
yogurt I think they do that automatically with the standard height gores, but you'd probably have to ask for it overlapped if it was also lowered, I think.
Wow, it looks so smooth and perfect on you. I really have to try Comexim.
Thank you aboobaccount! Comexim is amazing. Even when I don't get a perfect fit, they're always my most comfortable bras by far.
It's been a while since my last review... I think I am finally sorted with my depression. For past few months I bought large amount of new bras, and most of them turned out to be somehow wrong for me. I became more sensitive to pain, so had to get rid of some of my loved Ewa or Comexim bras as I can't stand their straps, painful wires or too tight bands. I am looking for small reason to get rid of some of my bras as my collection is simply too large !! (yes I said that loud - I HAVE TOO MANY BRAS! but the new ...collections are becoming prettier and prettier..) . I am trying to sell what I can and replace with new, more comfortable ones, which is not easy task. However, those bras that fit me, I can't express how happy I am! and one of such bras is Amore Mio... Some time ago I bought Sugar Plum, that ended up being sold - too loose band, too large cups (even if i bought it in my usual soft comexim size 70F) and too long straps. I wasn't very much dissapointed as the colour did not make me to fall in love with it. But when I saw Amore Mio, I called comexim to ask if its possible to shorten the straps. And here we are! I have my loved Amore Mio (jeez, I love that name!) I ordered this bra in two sizes (just in case of loose band and that usually sizing down in band makes bra overall little smaller) in 70E and 65G. While 65G have better width of the cup, the band is too tight for me (by half size). 70E offers me comfortable band - such a shame that is made of one layer of fabric, as double layer results in longer life, but definietly the lace is good quality. Cup width. And this is the only place where I have 'problem'. I have narrow roots but this wires are like by 0.5-0.75cm too narrow for me, they gently sit on my skin - thankfully theres no pain or whatsoever, so Im not really bother with this issue. Comexim wires are flexible, which makes them more comfortable. Straps placement is great for my narrow shoulders. Theres no discomfort and red skin caused by too far placed straps as I usually get in most brands (being petite sucks sometimes). Also as I mentioned above, I requested shorter straps so the support is better. Cups are made of same fabric as the band. This fabric is kind of stretchy and does not offer as great support as other soft comexims but is not bad also. I am happy with support provided by this bra. Usually I take 70G in padded with modification of added cookie pockets, and when taking soft I go for 70F (which recently became inconsistent - Bridget is size too small, Sharon half size too small, Sugar Plum was too large, Karen is too large - really is only 50% I'll get it right...). I got matching undies in size M and actually could go down to size S! The set looks sexy and is one of my favourite ones at the moment! I sent an email to comexim asking if they're going have more colours of this beauty... i really hope so!!
It is much too large in the cups for me. The cups gape wide open on top. The straps are too widely set so my arms touch them and make the top of the cups tilt even more open. For reference, I'm 12” between the ends of my armpits and 14.5” from end to end of my shoulders measured on the front and under my neck. The band is very firm.
I totally feel your wide set strap pain. My armpit to armpit is 11.25" so basically all straps are too wide set for me. (I love that you can have them moved in with Comexim.) This bra is gorgeous though! Sorry it didn't fit. :-(
That's disappointing, that bra is very beautiful.
It's so pretty. I'm sorry it doesn't fit. :(
Adorable, but the width would be a problem for me, too. Sigh.
Did you order direct from Comexim? If you want to try again there's the moved-in-straps alteration you could ask for.
The colour is so pretty and the hardware is silver. It is comfortable and unique looking. Even though it's a 65 the band fits my 26" underbust well but if it were more snug that would be even better for me, but it's certainly good enough for me to wear. If you're a 28 band maybe it would be even better for you. The cups are typical comexim super soft inside.
Side note: When i walk, the centre gore chain lightly knocks together like a tiny windchime and I like the sound.
I received this bra used. The fabric colours on the inside of the bra are a little mismatched but that could be from washing, although I do see other users mentioning this for this model. The band runs slightly snug and stretches to 27" but is quite stretchy. I have to wear it on the tightest hook already. I quad a little on my smaller side, or I'm too FOT for it, but the fit is perfect on my smaller side. I think I would ideally wear the 60HH for this model. There is little room for immediate Projection, which I have much of, so this bra gives me a push-up effect. I'll stitch the gore to be narrower; this one is only slightly overlapping just at the very top and then it separates pretty widely. I anticipate I will be wearing this frequently.
BASIC Bra (Size:70HH, Color:beige) *Made in a 3HC cut *Reduced cup height *Straps moved in 2cm*Reduce center gore by 1cm *2cm deeper cups especially at the bottom of the cups, near the wires
My type : 30FF/32F UK, short, FOB, projected especially bottom, narrow to average root ============= My 7th Comexim bra. HApPY!! Finally I find the Comexim size and alternations for my breast. This bra is the dream bra for my shooooooort and FOooooooB breast. Not tall cup, No gap near strap, No empty space top of cup, Enough space bottom of cup!!!!
I recommend, Short breast-> reduce gore, reduce cup height FOB or Bottom projeced -> 3HC, deeper bottom cups Center fullness or big cup+small band -> straps moved in

This is my very first Polish bra! So exciting. Got it in the mail today after what felt like for-ev-er (though really not long at all, thanks to a sweet seller on this site. So speedy actually! Anya99 ). Love the pattern and strappy detail that is removable.
Sadly, this bra is overall too small! Rats!
I've got quad boob going on, and while I can easily lengthen the band with an extender for a comfy fit, there is nothing to be done about too-small cups. Perhaps if the cups were reduced in height (?maybe? who knows) it wouldn't be such a problem, but for this style, I'll have to size up. Such a shame!
I love love love the paisley pattern, the colors are rich and beautiful without being stodgy, and the feel of the materials is lovely against my skin. Will be either gifting to a friend, or posting it soon to the listings! So wish it fit. Sniff sniff.
Too bad it's a touch too small for you, it's super cute! I love that paisley design and the colours too.
Since this is too small on you, my bras you inquired about will likely be too small too, unless this bra runs small.
Gorgeous! Hope the next Comexim's fits!
Argh! I was hoping this would've fit. The color is incredible on you and it looks great from the front, but the quad ... :( It might be because of the ribbon edging; I've found it tends to close off the cups and make them cut in. I hope you can find a better fit because this color and style look fantastic on you!
klilly3 good to know! And thanks for your helpful comments everyone!
This is a nice, comfortable and supportive bra. I had it made with cotton cookie pockets, which are super comfortable and good for asymmetry correction, but all pictures are without cookies. The band fits like a 26. The straps are adjustable, but not easily done. This bra is a little too small in the cups, especially on my larger side. I think a 60HH would have been a better fit. It gives a nice shape and lift, though, and holds my very soft breasts firmly and securely. Gives good cleavage too.
I suppose I am the last person here testing Comexim, but I'm happy I finally did it. Here is the review of my first 3HC which is probably not my perfect size but still a great fit!
Great review! Thank you :) I went through a polka dot phase and bought tons of bras with the pattern, including 3 from Comexim. I like that even owning so many, this bra appeals to me because I find the black on beige with that bubble trim to be a classy take on dots.
letstalkaboutbras Thank you :) I see it the same way. It's classy and funny at the same time which makes it one of my favourite bras at the moment (and I have tons of them :D).
I finally bravangelized my mother who has been wearing a 32A cup for as long as she has been wearing bras. She is a very petite woman, so I knew this was incorrect. Sure enough, I measured her to be about a 25" underbust, and 30" bust. First I talked her into trying some 28D bras, which were easier to find, but most of them were too tall in the cups. I finally found her a plunge bra that fit perfectly, and then ordered her this Comexim because it was the cheapest and therefore the best to use as a guinea pig.
I asked for the straps to ...be brought in 3cm, the center gore to be reduced 1cm, and the cup height to be reduced. Does anyone have this bra with an equivalent cup volume? I know Comexim has a habit of letting alterations request slip here and there, but I have nothing to compare this one to. This mostly fits her, though she still has some gaping on top if she leans forward the tiniest bit. This is going to be a good base for ordering more Comexim in the future. I also think that I may have just changed her opinion on unlined bras! Read more 100 more words

That is really beautiful, and it looks like you get a fair amount of lift. Are you returning it? Perhaps it might change a bit after washing.
