Hi,
I have the Panache Sports Moulded Underwired Bra in 32FF and honestly, it doesn't provide enough support for me when I fence or run. It's pretty uncomfortable, I can feel my breast moving all the time. I'm usually a 32G or 34FF or 34G so I don't think it is because it's too big. Do you have any sports bra ... recs (I normally prefer with wires, but see below for breast lift info).
On the other hand, I'm getting a breast lift in 3 weeks. I'm supposed to wear a sports bra with no wires for about a month at least, but I don't know what size I'll end up being. So far I've bought:
- Panache Non Wired Sports Bra in 32FF
- Ivory Rose Padded Sports Bra in 32FF
- Shock Absorber Run Sports Bra in 34F
- Shock Absorber Infinity Power Sports Bra in 34F
I've also bought a Curvy Kate Unwind Bralette in 32F/FF, in case they let me use it, because sleeping with a sports bra sounds really uncomfy.
When I can use bras with wires again, and I know my bra size, and can get back into fencing, I've been looking into the:
- Shock Absorber Full Cup Classic Sports Bra Level 4
- Shock Absorber Active Multi Sports Support Bra
- Anita Active Extreme Control Sports Bra
- Parfait Energy Sports Bra
- Parfait Active Wireless Sports Bra Grey
- Freya Sonic Underwire Spacer Sports Bra
Has anyone tried them?

Look for compression style sports bras. Probably wireless would help too. I think wacoal may have some that spread things out pretty good don’t they??
Thanks, @confused! I'll check Wacoal's sport bras out. :)
